The service at the reception desk and in the restaurant was excellent. Dinner was above what one would expect for a Campanile. Dogs are allowed in room and restaurant and there is a kettle in the room with coffees and teas.
The room was not cleaned very well. The room is very small for a triple (third bed comes out from under the double bed). Once all beds are set up there is hardly room to move.

Lovely clean hotel. Just what we were looking for as an overnight hotel after Disneyland. Full bathroom, comfortable beds, clean linen. Extra bed is perfect for a child (Under 12 as long as they are a little on the shortish size). Very friendly and helpful staff as there had been confusion on our booking (Was made for 2 adults, no extra bed for child) and when we were moved rooms, the power was blown, to then be moved again to a perfect room.
Needs to update the address as it didnt come up on the SatNav. We ended up at a different hotel first, who helpfully programmed my SatNav to the correct destination.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was very good cooked to order and very fresh, very good with the children.
The only problem we encountered was we booked through Booked.net and we booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 3 children, we were told that we could have an extra bed for the thrid child but when we arrived we were told that they do not allow 4 to a room, this was not the first time this had happened so we were told. Booked.net needs to make this very clear when you make a booking that you can only have 3 in a room. We had to have another room we were lucky as they could accommodate us but it would have been very difficult had they not had a room.

The black lady form the housekeeping team who spoke English and kept our room spot on. The furniture in the room looked very clean and new.
The Spaniard at the restaurant who did not know any English and assumed we were obliged to speak Spanish, if not French. The attitude of the male housekeeper, who was very bossy to the kind lady who cleaned our room. The male receptionists who pretended the did not speak English even though there was an English flag on their badges. They also insisted to charge the card given on line even though we told them that we got the money cash. As a result the bank charged us £12 more than the original price quoted on line since the exchange rate was different!! Imagine they preferred to pay the commission to the bank than taking cash. Incredibly inconvenient.

Room fulfilled our needs, comfortable beds, safe, allowed us to sleep and shower and had a supermarket and a few restaurants just opposite. Add a fridge and it would have been perfect, quite a distance from the train station so needs a taxi.

That it was close to Disneyland
It was not possible to get an extra bed in a 3 person room so that 4 persons could have seperate beds. Even though it said on Booked.net that it was an option. Luckily the hotel let us stay in the room anyway. But we had to sleep 3 persons in the double bed.
